Description
The Walker P1251 multi-functional display system is housed in a DIN 43700 (DIN 96) pattern case and reads a variety of IEC 61162-1 : 2000, NMEA 0183 messages via Multiplexor (customer supply) and can be used in conjunction with other equipment to display the following information as required:
- Log speed
- Speed over ground (SOG)
- Log distance total
- Log Trip distance & Total distance
- Relative wind speed
- True wind speed
- Relative wind direction
- True to ship wind direction (TTS)
- True wind direction
- Atmospheric pressure and pressure trend
- Relative humidity
- Air temperature
- Water temperature
- True heading
- Magnetic heading
- True heading (Analogue)
- Magnetic heading (Analogue)
- Course over ground (COG) True
- Dew point
This flexibility of this unit makes it a very cost-effective option and can be used in conjunction with the following Walker systems to provide the information required in one single indicator at various stations throughout the vessel:
